How would the world look like without the goods of mathematics, the most beautiful of all sciences, and geometry? Websites like this one wouldn’t exist and even less would the computer you’re viewing it on right now exist. Too, modern bands would have a serious problem when it comes to the process of naming.
But thanks to Archimedes & Co we could write this article about the Golden Triangles from Brooklyn, New York. The six-piece evenly divided into girls and boys got together with producer Chris Coady, who has just recently been in the studio with Beach Houses for Teen Dream, too, to record their new debut album Double Jointer ready to release in the US on March 2 via Hardly Art.
The record features – among others – this fantastic since as superbly refreshing as simple and catchy garage track ”Neon Noose”, for which Micki Pellerano has created a fit gritty video.
And because Golden Triangle are performing really here, you can download the song now from here (right-click, save as).

The band will go on a extensive US tour including various gigs at SXSW. Double Jointer can be pre-ordered here.
