It surely doesn’t that that much time to realize that Erlend Øye is not convenient but a workaholic. After releasing a new album with his band project The Whitest Boy Alive and spending the whole summer touring around the globe, he’ll put out a new record with his band Kings of Convenience on September 25th. This will the third album in ten years with his partner Eirik Bøe and a already sold out Germany tour to come proofs they’re still successful at all.

Straight from their upcoming album “Declaration of Dependence” comes the new single “Boat Behind” with this new beautiful video. Plot: with no plan but resolutions the couple starts their journey towards the sun and meets various people on the road from a painter with butterfly wings to a boat owner. A little trip just for fun.
